One of my favourite places to hold a chocolate brigadeiro workshop was at Fusion Students for the students of the University of Hertfordshire . 🤎

There’s something really nice about taking a little time out to make something with your hands — whether you’re studying, working, or simply doing it for fun.

A brigadeiro workshop is a chance to slow down, have a chat, try something different and, of course, enjoy some chocolate along the way! 🍫

It’s always lovely seeing people relax, have fun and get a little competitive when it comes to making their brigadeiros. 😄

“What do you need from us?”

It’s one of the questions we’re asked most often about our brigadeiro workshops! 🍫✨

The answer is: not much! We bring almost everything with us.

We arrive with everything needed to create a fun, hands-on brigadeiro experience, including:

• All the ingredients
•Utensils and equipment
•Our electric hob
•Boxes and packaging
•Toppings and decorations
• Everything needed to make your brigadeiros
• And, of course, a little prize for our competition!

What do we need from you?

Just a few simple things:

• A suitable space with tables arranged in a line so everyone can take part
• Access to water for hand washing — this could be a kitchen, bathroom or handwashing station
• A plug socket for our electric hob
• And your lovely team, ready to have some fun!

That’s it! No special kitchen or fancy venue is needed — although if you have one available, we’re more than happy to use it!

We bring the brigadeiro experience to you — whether it’s an office, meeting room, staff space or corporate venue. Wherever you have the space, we can make it sweet! 🤎

At the beginning of our workshops, when I explain what we’re going to do, no one really believes they’ll be able to make their own box of brigadeiros by the end. 🍫

But then, step by step, we make it happen.

And the look on everyone’s face when they see their finished box is priceless. They’re surprised, excited and so proud of what they’ve created. ❤️

Our workshops are about much more than chocolate. They’re a chance to have fun together, learn something new and discover the sweet world of brigadeiros — something many people have never even heard of before.

There’s a bit of creativity, a little competition, lots of laughs and, of course, plenty of chocolate!
