Our labels fresh off the press! We still have a few more of each available so now’s your chance to grab some really amazing grass fed produce all in time for your Sunday roast!! A number of slightly different cuts to showcase the amazing beef we have, will be selling by the box 10kg @£150 and 5kg @£80 each containing 1/3 steaks, 1/3 roasting joints and 1/3 mince, diced lesser cuts. A 10kg box will fit nicely in one freezer draw! Beef is sold as 1/2 lamb boxes a lot of meat for £100. Free local delivery around East Sussex and a £10 courier shipping service across the UK. Seems to be a whirlwind of a year this year it seems like only yesterday we were turning out for spring and here we are knocking on the door of autumn! But with this means we have a few things to look forward to and that’s our amazing grass fed beef and lamb! Beef will be ready near the end of October after being dry aged for a minimum of 28days so all the cuts get the best possible flavour. We will have the usual 10 & 5kg boxes at £150 & and £80 respectively with free delivery to East Sussex and courier service available across the uk for an additional £10. Our grass fed Southdown lamb is sold as 1/2 boxes weighing around 9kg and for £100 and will be ready around the same time! So create a space in that freezer draw and stock up for the winter!! Out doing the rounds with the boys checking stock this morning and getting some soil samples to see how our herbal leys are creating structure and diversity across the farm. It’s looking good above ground!! Nearly lost the herd in this field.. The boys saddleback pigs are growing fast and this summer we will have both pork and beef available in the usual cuts and quantities perfect for bbq season!! if you’d like to reserve one do send a DM as boxes will be limited!! Lastly the smallest and largest of the herd father and son Thor and Yorick! Yorick showing real promise and from our 11 year old cow Nancey perhaps a show team coming on! show 2025..

It’s coming into that time of year where we harvest our beautiful animals!! The beef is now ageing to perfection and will be available around the last week of November however only a limited supply! A number of slightly different cuts to showcase the amazing beef we have, will be selling by the box 10kg @£150 and 5kg @£80 each containing 1/3 steaks, 1/3 roasting joints and 1/3 mince, diced lesser cuts. Lambing 2023 done! Our small flock now becomes 13! All with no issues which is always welcome on a livestock farm!.. the countdown to our amazing grass fed lamb begins!

Our first heifer calf of 2023!! This years letter for names needs to begin with X! We’ll need to think of about 10 this year so all ideas welcome! She would do well in a vanish ad this one whiter than white!

It’s now that time of year our pigs have fed well over the summer on apples, acorns and even grape mark!!We have a few spare qtr pig boxes ready end of this week if anyone would like to order! £90 just DM to arrange delivery, free around sussex and £10 couriered across the UK. Our lambs are now upto weight and will be off next week however the bad news is the lamb sold out almost as they arrived on the farm!! We are growing the flock so will be able to sell to our amazing customers next year!

Our woodland wanderers are making fine work of clearing the bramble growth under the trees. We throw the food in between the bush and they do the rest! Just a few weeks until these will be into our amazing pork boxes. Qtr pig about 16kg of meat for £90 with bacon £100. Free delivery in Sussex, we can courier within the UK for an additional £10! Our first 2022 heifer calf named whisper, straight out onto the milk bar! This is our first sired calf by our homebred bull Thor we are very proud. Any name suggestions welcome for the others we have coming! This year we are on the W’s
