SUN KISSED EARTH
(ft me perpetually picking pieces of grass out of paintings 😅)
I've painted this spot in fingest a million times, and I'll come back here a million times more. Each time the land is telling me a different story, and my ears are always ready to listen, with my paintbrush translating it's tale.

As well as my usual landscapes, I'll be bringing a handfull of pieces that are remaining from my FRUIT SALAD collection with me to my upcoming exhibition in HAMBLEDEN VILLAGE HALL 29TH & 30TH AUGUST 11am - 4pm.
These three sweet summer strawberries are looking for a home and are the same size as my minis (15x15cm so don't take up too much real estate on a wall, bookshelf or windowsill etc) and look great individually or as a set.
With less than three weeks to go the last few pieces are being painted, getting a lick of varnish and being beautifully framed. Make sure the dates are firmly in your diary and I can't wait to see you!

This summer I forever seem to be battling the wind and curious cows, doing a bit of the hokey cokey with them, dancing between the open fields and the edge of the woodland working on this piece 😂🫠
This spot over in the Chilterns is one of my favourite places to paint... And you can see why!

The countdown is well and truly on until
HAMBLEDEN VILLAGE HALL EXHIBITION 🤗
New works are shaping up nicely from the Valley and beyond! This little patch of The Chilterns is my home turf, my favourite stomping ground, and a truly picturesque slice of the British countryside 🥰
If you haven't been to Hambleden before, I emplore you to visit (especially if like me you've watched The Sheep Detectives 😎👀) Cute country pub, exquisite local village store Hambledenvillagestores (if you don't know about their cheese toasties, get to know!) and of course STUNNING walks... Make a day of it and swing by my show before grabbing a sweet treat and heading off for a stomp.
Anyway friends, I can't wait to see you on the 29th and 30th August... See you soon!!
