Sorry I haven't been sharing our new Charlie Bears it's been a busy week with my other job (Editor of Matrimony Magazine UK®). We were doing the front cover shoot for the magazine which comes out soon. The theme was 'Pure Imagination' and this is our 'Wilhelmina Wonka' (younger sister of W***y Wonka 😂🤣) A beautiful setting at Treeopia near my home town of Tenbury Wells.

Just thought I would show you I'm not being lazy I was just engrossed in my other job.

Bear Necessities Magazine is also coming out soon with a catalogue of all the bears we have in stock so that you can see the ideas for Christmas!

We have the very lovely Mimosa & Africa coming in soon. It has taken a long time to find this particular Charlie Bear again so I can't wait to see them in the plush!!

We have stocked them before and they were highly popular.

The online store will be closed between 11.00 am and 3 pm tomorrow (Tuesday, 1st September) as my family and I will be attending the interment of my mothers ashes.

We are grateful to everyone who has sent us goodwill messages over the last few months. We will now finally be able to put her to rest with my Dad.

We will be fully open for the rest of the week!

A few years ago now my husband Geoff bought me a teeny tiny hedgehog by Steiff. He's my lucky charm but he doesn't have a name.
I'd love to hear your ideas for a name for my boy ( or it could be a girl ... I'm not sure how you tell the s*x of a hedgehog either).🤣😂

Today we are looking at the 'growler' and 'tinkler' bears we have in stock on our online store.

We have the rather lovely 'Snowden' and 'Jackson' with 'Absolom' the panda coming in Q4.

They are the first two 'growler' bears in the 2026 collection. When they are tipped forward they make a soft gutteral grunt. The sound is produced by a traditional-style noise device tucked inside their tummy.

We also have the first two of the 'tinkler' bears from the 'tinkler' bears collection. They are Tinkler Bears which means a hidden jingle bell inside gently chimes with every cuddle, bringing his cheerful personality to life and making each hug even more delightful.

First we have Griffiths a rich chestnut coloured bear and then we have Hughes a super soft plush fur bear in warm shades of brown and cream.
