For those that don’t know, when I’m not picking & pressing olives to make the most fantastic olive oil, I’m keeping bees. Huge thanks to for my new nuc of bees after losing my colony over winter. They are safely ensconced in the hive and loving life in Hereford. 🐝

HUGELY proud to announce the launch of Nissaki Oil. Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Extra Virgin White Truffle Oil made from olives grown in my orchard in Nissaki, Corfu. I have had a shot of extra virgin olive oil every morning for 28 days - my joints are less achy, my skin is glowing and BEST OF ALL I am now 6lbs lighter! 😊. Without even trying I have lost weight! 👏👏🎉. Could this be nature’s Ozempic? 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤣🤣 I don’t know but I’m not stopping now!
