NEW SEASON. NEW REGULATIONS. TIME TO PLAN FOR 2027.

With the summer season coming to an end, many sea safari operators will be starting to reflect on how the year has gone, while already looking ahead and making plans for the 2027 season.

With the recent MCA changes and the introduction of the new Sport or Pleasure Vessel Code, owners are now having to consider their options. Do you carry out the additional work required to make sure your existing vessel remains compliant, or is now the right time to upgrade to a newer vessel that meets the new code?

Here at Humber Quinquari, this is what we know best. We’re proud to have produced more than 200 sea safari vessels over the years, covering a wide range of sizes, layouts and operating requirements.

We’re pleased to share the first initial designs of our latest project, the Humber Offshore Wide Beam 12-metre Cabin RIB, featuring our custom-made Quinquari cabin.

This is a project we’ve been working on behind the scenes for the past few months, taking on board feedback and ideas from existing customers, new customers, our design team and structural specialists.

A great deal of time and thought has gone into getting the details right. The aim has been to combine the proven offshore performance and capability of the Humber Offshore Wide Beam with our custom-made Quinquari cabin, creating a practical, capable and well-thought-out offshore RIB.

We’re also pleased to confirm that the first order has already been secured for 2027, making this the first of its kind.

We’re very much looking forward to bringing the design to life early next year and sharing more of the build as it progresses, from the initial designs and construction through to seeing the finished boat on the water.

We’re delighted to have recently supplied this impressive 9 Metre Offshore Pro to the West Coast of Wales, where it will be working with an outdoor activity centre.

A stunning-looking boat, configured and designed specifically for its new role and built to meet the new Sports & Pleasure regulations.

This Offshore Pro was also equipped with a new shock-monitoring data system and tracking system, providing valuable operational data while out on the water.

As part of the package, our team carried out a comprehensive two-day handover, taking the operators through the boat, its systems, familiarisation and operation to make sure the team were confident and ready to put it straight to work.

A fantastic build, a great specification, and one seriously good-looking boat.

A nice little workshop job finished this week.

This old Humber came into us looking a bit tired, and the owner wanted to give it a new lease of life. After a bit of planning, it left as a cracking little Seapro that’s ready to get back on the water.

The work included:
• Full polish and clean
• Brand-new Suzuki DF50 outboard
• New hydraulic steering
• Complete rewire throughout
• New Sky Foam seating finished in grey with orange stitching

We’re really pleased with how this one turned out. It’s amazing what a few upgrades can do, and it’s always good to see an older boat brought back to life instead of being left to sit.
