Customer update from Lumo Technology

Due to increased workload and to help us manage this transition period more effectively, Lumo Technology will now be operating on an appointment-only basis.

For the time being, we will also be temporarily pausing new repair bookings while we focus on completing existing jobs and making the necessary changes to how we operate.

Repairs already booked in or currently with us will still be dealt with as planned.

We will no longer have regular walk-in opening hours, so please contact us in advance to arrange your visit or make an enquiry.

Customer update from Lumo Technology

As we prepare to move towards an appointment-based service from mid-July, we will temporarily be pausing new repair bookings while we complete existing jobs and make the necessary changes in the shop.

Any repairs already booked in or currently with us will still be dealt with as planned.

During this transition period, we may be slower than usual to reply, but you can still message us with enquiries and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Just a quick update for our customers — Lumo Technology is currently open and operating as normal.

We’re pleased to welcome our neighbours, , who now have their own in-store pop-up space within Lumo Technology.

You may notice a few changes inside the shop, but our repairs, sales and usual services are continuing as normal.

Before and after!

This iPhone 14 Pro had certainly seen better days. Totally smashed back and damaged casing fixed here at Lumo Technology.

This repair used GENUINE pulled parts leaving a top quality repair backed by our warranty. We also performed a speaker and camera clean as part of this repair due to dust getting through the broken camera lens.
