As many of you know, at SR, Highworth we try to do what we can here to minimise waste ending up on landfill as much as we can; one thing we do is send old clothes / rags to a company who send them on to people in poorer countries. We also save old towels and blankets for those who come into us needing them for animal rescue centres or even just for your beloved dogs and cats at home.

We would now like to offer our customers and donors the option of bringing in small items of damaged furniture (within reason!) so it can hopefully be mended and then sold at our shop rather than it ending up at the tip! Not only this, but if your watch needs a battery, one can be put in it for you.
