We'd like to give a huge thankyou to all our musicians who have been wonderful all through Folk Week, raising several hundred pounds for The GAP Project , and made lots of people smile, got people dancing, and added to the atmosphere of a great week. We're already looking forward to next year!

Wow. Another amazing day. First up we had the Trio of Graham and Friends, with a mix of folk and sea shanties, followed by Mel and Sue with their besutiful mix of folky covers, and then James Wannell , who not only got an entire open-top bus singing along with him, but also inspired a passing lady with a flute to join in and jam with him. We also had a gentleman with a ukelele perfirm for our volunteers in the shop!

Thank you so much to all the musicians who have come along and helped raise money for The GAP Project this week, you have raised many smiles, got people dancing, and made a wonderful atmosphere at the top of the high street in Broadstairs.

More to come tomorrow!!!!
