Sad day today final day of Jantino. 38 years of my life. I have loved my shop since opening on The Merry Hill Centre in 1988 moving to Quarry Bank a few years later where we have been until today. The opening of the Hagley Road shop in Edgbaston very exciting times. I have had the best staff ever many are still friends. I have been very lucky to have met so many wonderful people. Sadly we have lost a few over the years including Nadine who was my right hand for many years. Pat and Margaret who both worked at Hagley Road and then came to Quarry Bank all very much missed. My staff now are exemplary and I shall miss them all .Liz who has been a friend for year Julia always full of life and Jill the voice behind all the videos and Facebook adverts.
We have had many wonderful customers throughout the years sold clothes for hundreds of weddings. Important birthdays the races . Ladies going to the palace for garden parties and many other awards. I shall miss it very much but have beautiful memories and am looking forward to the next chapter of my life . Thankyou all. I am in the shop all day today so a very emotional day . X###
