Introducing our quiet mornings - between 10 and 12 every Friday and Saturday!

The loss of rural community hubs such as the village shop can lead to increased loneliness and isolation so we also want to encourage anyone who misses their morning catch up to pop on down and share a cuppa!

Quiet mornings are also perfect for those who would rather grab their essentials without having to compete the simmer of a busy lunch service or who want to treat themselves to a sneaky breakfast!

There is loads of work going on behind the scenes to ensure a long term solution for the shop in Wylye but for the immediate future we will be opening a small larder at the pub to ensure continued local pressance.

Our doors will open on Tuesday 1st, providing basic food & household supplies and maintaining local services such as dry cleaning, prescription collection and a continued partnership with Manor farm butchers..

Opening hours are from midday until 9 Monday to Thursday and from 10-9 Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
