This is me and my mom a the Short Hills Mall two weeks ago….The difference between your mom and the rest of the world.
I was at a wedding the other night the wedding ended around 1 AM.
I was 2 hours away from home. My mom called me around 12:30am to see if I left yet.
I answered because I knew why my mom was calling and said l’ll call you back in the car Leaving soon.
At 1 AM I called my mom back. I had to get gas My mom knew I was tired.
My mom kept saying open the window let the air hit your face.
My mom won’t let me hang up the phone until she knew I pulled into my driveway.
For 2 hours starting at 1am my mom stay up..... there was no way my mom was hanging up.... I was so tired I needed it the conversation kept me awake.
That right there is a reminder...... what your mom is doing for you.
✅ No matter how old you are.
✅No matter where you are
✅ Your mom is staying up .... Thinking about you.
✅ Worrying for you
✅ Believing in you
✅Cheering for you
Remember this at 1am when everyone else is sleeping.
It’s quiet, it’s late.... You kind of feel alone because you know everyone else is sleeping .....You have no one to call? Scroll through your phone click mom.
Call your mom she will pick up.
She will stay up Until she knows you’re safe and there is no one on this earth prepared to do that, other than your mom.
So right now in your life if your moms on your case.... If you don’t want to hear her right now.... listen
✅Stop slamming doors
✅stop blaming your mom
✅stop ignoring your mom
✅take your headphones out, shut the video games off.
Turn around and listen...... that’s your greatest fan that’s gonna guide you... stay up all night long with you..... until you make it through.
Your mom is your team embrace it and watch what happens.
