Our little birthday princess turned **6**, and because she absolutely loves mermaids, there was no question about the theme of her special birthday cake! 🧜‍♀️🧜‍♀️

For the flavour, her family chose our **Pistachio & Raspberry Cake** — delicate pistachio sponge layers, creamy cream cheese frosting, and a light, fruity strawberry & raspberry mousse. 💚❤️

Fresh, delicious and beautifully balanced, this is one of those flavours that is easy to fall in love with and perfect for both little ones and grown-ups. ✨

We hope this little mermaid cake made our birthday princess smile and brought a little extra magic to her celebration. 💕 And of course, we hope all her guests enjoyed every bite too! 🎂
