What items have you bought from us recently?

We've sold leather jackets and boots to a costume maker.

Scarves to wrap gifts with.

Nearly new and vintage books.

Mary Poppins soundtrack on vinyl.

Beautiful bags, clothing and accessories for all occasions.

We've also already sold new items like Christmas cards, 2027 diaries and calendars!

Pop in and see what treasure you find!

Open 9.30am to 5pm Monday to Saturday ๐Ÿ˜€

We take clean clothing, bric a brac, books, etc.

All items are sorted at the shop and sold here unless we consider that EBay is a better option.

We cannot sell small electrical items, bedding, pillows etc.

We cannot sell safety equipment, or children's shoes or toys without the CE label attached.

Sometimes we have to be firm and say no! This isn't easy for any of us as we really don't like turning anything away! But for the safety of the staff, volunteers and the people who live in the same building we have to.

Again. Please stop flytipping at the door. We have to pay to have the "donation" taken away so you're helping no one but yourself.

We are not a recycling centre so please be mindful when you make your donations.

Thank you ๐Ÿ˜Š

Grief can remind us that when someone dies, their impact doesn't have to disappear with them. ๐Ÿ’™

A part of grief can also mean learning how to carry forward what someone gave you.

In the songs you keep listening to.

In the stories you tell.

In the parts of ourselves that were shaped by knowing, loving or simply being inspired by someone.

If youโ€™re finding the news of Dolly's death difficult, our information on grieving for a public figure may be helpful: www.sueryder.org/grief-support/helping-you-cope-with-grief/who-are-you-grieving/grieving-for-a-public-figure/
