Even when I’m away from IHAMORA, I’m always noticing colour, unexpected combinations, shapes, textures, light and shadow, the details that make me stop and look twice.

I don’t always know where they’ll lead, but observing is part of the creative process.

Here are a few things that have caught my eye while I’ve been away.

The Tribe Windbreaker.

Lightweight, hooded and finished with adjustable drawcords, it’s designed for movement but easy to wear beyond it too.

IHAMORA isn’t only about creating activewear. There is a more personal reason behind what I’m building.

I know that not everyone has the same opportunities or the freedom to create their own so part of my ambition for IHAMORA is to lift as I climb, particularly by creating space and opportunities for my eldest daughter and other people with additional needs.

Sometimes the parts of ourselves we think we’ve lost are simply waiting to be rediscovered.

Every print has a story. This one became IHAMORA.

It’s that time of year again! ☀️

One of the realities of running a small business is that sometimes I need to take a proper break too.

IHAMORA is a small, independent business, and behind the website, the orders, the designs and the parcels, there’s a real person who occasionally needs to switch off, spend time with family and recharge 😅

So I’ll be taking a break from 16th August until 31st August!

You’ll still be able to place orders while I’m away, but please be aware that they won’t be dispatched until I return.

📦 Last orders for shipping before my break: 15th August

Everything will be back to normal from 1st September.

Thank you, as always, for supporting my small business and for understanding that sometimes small business owners need a holiday too! 💛

T100 is officially wrapped up, and what an incredible few days it’s been! 🇬🇧🏊🚴🏃

One of the best parts has been celebrating with so many of you. Seeing your medals, hearing your race stories, and sharing in the joy of everything you’ve achieved has been such a privilege!

It was also amazing to meet so many new faces, especially more women discovering IHAMORA for the first time and the beautiful returning IHAMORA women 🫶🏽❤️!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, browse, or simply have a chat and give some lovely feedback! It genuinely means so much!

A huge congratulations to every athlete who took on the challenge this weekend! You should be incredibly proud! 👏🏾👏🏾

Side note: I actually lost my voice before the event and spent the whole weekend croaking at everyone I met 😅 So if I sounded a bit like an AI bot at any point… that’s why! I’m now officially going into full recovery mode so I can hopefully sound human again next time 🙃

It’s nearly time.

This week I’ll be packing up the IHAMORA stand and heading to London for the London T100 Triathlon Weekend (24th–26th July).

There’s always plenty to do before an event, but I’m really looking forward to meeting so many people from the triathlon community T100 Triathlon World Tour over the three days.

Whether you’re racing, supporting someone, volunteering or simply coming along to enjoy the weekend, I hope you have an incredible time.

Safe travels to everyone making the journey, and here’s hoping for great weather, brilliant racing and an unforgettable atmosphere.

How IHAMORA started.
The short answer is that it began with rediscovering art.

I’d forgotten that I always loved creating patterns and artwork, and rediscovering this love gave me an opportunity to fix a problem I couldn’t find in activewear that felt like an expression of individuality while still performing well.

And so IHAMORA was born!
Every IHAMORA print starts life as an original piece of artwork before being developed into activewear designed for women who want something a little different.

What started as a creative idea has grown into a brand built around movement, confidence and self-expression.
And we’re only just getting started.
