More baubles and more trees, and truly entering the chaos of moving and weddings. How am I supposed to back things if I also need them 😂. Will hopefully still get some crafting done over the next couple weeks x

I’m in love with this ombré wool, got two set of baubles made up from the brown/cream/blue. Taken a little break to get more stars felted before I start with the jewel tone wool. I shall warn you all I may go a little quiet this month as we are now in the final count down till the wedding. It’s going to be rather chaotic between the wedding and moving house x

Some pretty colours to be seen here, going to make sets of baubles with these gorgeous ombres. Also, getting the trees glued to their bases complete with little stars. X

Bee a week of non stop felting, managed to get through nearly all the fibre I had blended. I’ll have to get the board out again this week. Lots of felted stars and trees getting ready for Christmas. X

Not the easiest thing to do one handed but thought I would show you what it’s all about. Been using the blending board to get more fibre ready for felting the star and experimenting with some greens which I will turn into trees x

No rest for the wicked it seems, got a new colour of baubles on the go. Also having some fun with wedding table numbers, love the sparkly watercolours. X

Been away for a little holiday in the sunshine of Cyprus so not much crafting getting done. Slowly working on some new card designs but not entirely happy with them yet. Time to dive back into all the Christmas prep x

13/08/2026

And just like that I’m in full Christmas mode!! Getting lots of baubles made and having some creative fun with these little felted stars. Since a few have asked the date for the fair at Gordon Castle is 28th November x

06/08/2026

Now please don’t hate me but I’m going to mention that C word. Starting on the Christmas crafting as just booked a table for the Gordon Castle Christmas Fair. Also had my new card reader arrived, now need to figure out how it works x

A few things from the slightly less glamorous side of my art today. Been getting my new puffin cards all packaged up as the ones I had ready for the shows all went! Still so exciting news though as I’ve just ordered my very first business cards. Hopefully get back to creative stuff this week x
