⁉️LOYALTY SYSTEM UPDATE ⁉️
We've made the decision here at The Nerd Hut that we will be closing down our current loyalty system we use with Square.
Since starting to use the system it costs us £25 a month to keep up and running, and as an independent business this is a big chunk of change to be paying out over the year, especially when our card machine has recently been swapped over, so the ease that came with having it before has now gone too.
Because of this, all loyalty system users have 30 days (up to and including the 18th May) as per our T&C's to use their points up in store before it is closed down and points will not be redeemable after this date.
We'll be looking at other, more cost efficient systems in the future, as we have a lot of exciting things planned for the next couple of months, so keep an eye for everything that is to come!
