I’m the hands behind Lake District Jewellery, and while you’ll see plenty of finished pieces on here, there’s always so much more that goes into them before they reach that point.

One of the loveliest parts of what I do is being trusted to create jewellery for some of the biggest moments in people’s lives. From the engagement ring that starts a whole new chapter, to the wedding bands you’ll wear alongside it for years to come.

Knowing something I’ve sat at my bench and made by hand will become part of someone’s story will never get old.

Before you trust me with your jewellery you need to know this… Jewellery can hold so much more than what you see 💎

When you trust me to create something for you, I know I’m often being trusted with memories, places and moments that mean so much.

This mountain, sailing boat and water pendant is a perfect example. A completely personal design, handmade to bring together the details that mean something to its owner.

No two stories are the same, so no two pieces should be either. ✨

Some pieces are made to look beautiful. Others carry a little bit more 🤍

This white gold ring was made with a beautiful teal sapphire, chosen especially to remind her of her dad. A completely personal piece, designed around a memory and made into something she can wear and keep close for years to come.

This is one of my favourite parts of what I do. Taking a story, a person or a memory that means so much and creating something completely unique from it ✨
