This weeks circle is on Tuesday this week we are going to Old Hunstanton for a sound bath with Deb Barlow Yoga & Sound .

We will meet in the lighthouse carpark at 6.30pm, take a short stroll and have a little cleanse before doing a 1 hour sound bath.

Please bring with you a yoga mat or chair to relax on.

If anyone needs a lift please let me know as we can car share x
