An amazing concert by The Big Heart & Soul Choir who have been meeting and practising in Castle Acre Village Hall for 30 years.
Join the celebration on Sunday 19th July 3:30pm in St. James Church Castle Acre, part of the Kings Lynn Fringe Festival. Tickets £15.00 on the door (under 14s free) which includes tea & homemade scones. There will also be a raffle - proceeds to go towards the village hall fund-raising for the new roof.

Just amazing . . . Wow; what an acheivement 👏👏👏

Massive good luck to our young Fishville performers, who head to The Lowry in Manchester this weekend for the National Theatre's Connections Festival - taking their NT Connections production from our 83-seat lakeside stage to a 440-seat venue at MediaCityUK. From a strong national field, they're one of just eight youth theatre groups invited to perform. We could not be prouder. They perform on stage tonight at 7pm !

And while one cast takes the big stage in Manchester, another is took ours: this week we hosted GCSE drama students from TNHA The Nicholas Hamond Academy in Swaffham, who performed their exam pieces here at Westacre, (also showing us we can run two events at the same time without anything exploding!) Well done to them!

It's a brilliant reminder of what Westacre Theatre does best - giving young people, especially those with little other access to the arts, a real creative home and a real stage. And the opportunities don't stop there: this summer's young people's workshops pack an extraordinary amount in, with Living with Lady Macbeth and Bugsy Malone - full plays, staged in just a week.

Our summer season is on sale, our new Theatre Tent has arrived - and every ticket, every story shared, helps create even more opportunities and wonderful memories for the next generation of young performers.

ART by Janette Williams studio and garden is a 'must see' this Open Studios; it really is stimulation for the senses and Janette is offering an amazing opportunity to own some of her beautiful work. 🙃
