CHRISTMAS CANDLE WREATHING at The Nest.
My lovely creative friend ‘Decoupage Debs’ of and I brought our Christmas creativity together for a combined class Decoupaging our Christmas candle and making a Candle wreath with lots of wonderfully wild foliage and festive ingredients.
A very lovely morning session ‘Creating Together’🎄👌✨🌟

GRIMSTON WI - CHRISTMAS CANDLE presentation.

Decoupage Debs and I had a wonderful time yesterday evening demonstrating how to make a small Table centre piece with gorgeous Christmas woodland themed Candle to illuminate.

Debs and I have a little side Branch of both our Creative and Nature therapy businesses called……

DOWNHAM WI - Christmas Wreathing and Decoupage Presentation

Completely loved bringing a little bit of ‘Wild Christmas’ to Downham Market Women’s Institute as their Guest Speakers and entertainment for their Monthly gatherings.

What an awesome group of women they are!✨✨✨

Decoupage Debs aka and I share our love of ✨CREATIVITY✨and 🐝NATURE🌿 to all the lovely WI groups in Norfolk.

We have a wonderful time!

It restores our faith in our own individual businesses, that both of us have so much to give for Mind Health, Gathering together, A sense of achievement and FUN!! ✨✨

So darling Debs and I combine our creative skills to come together as?......



We have a lovely combined offering of:

A Small Wreath with masses of Spruce, Berried Ivy, Eucalyptus plus a little sprinkling of citrus fruits and cinnamon sticks.

Debs will be guiding through the super clever creative process of Decoupage, creating your Christmas candle to pop in the middle of the wild mini wreath!

OLD CATTON WI
Debs and I so enjoyed meeting the lovely ladies of Old Catton WI.
We were given such a warm welcome and it was an honour to sing Jerusalem with them all and also to hold a 1 minute silence for one of their treasured members who had recently passed away 🙏

Debs gave a Decoupage demo explaining all the ingredients she uses and the magical technique she teaches to apply stunning images from Paper napkins onto a candle. 🕯️

I was enthusing and inspiring everyone to go out into Nature and gather a few sprigs or to harvest from one’s garden to create a gorgeous wreath table Centre piece.
They loved the battery operated fairy lights that I entwinned to bring extra sparkle.
And for the final flourish Debs popped her lovely candle into the centre to bring a warm autumnal glow🧡
Loved meeting everyone and so looking forward to returning early next year for lots more creative fun together 💞

WELLS WI

Debs & I had a wonderful time sharing our love of Creativity and Nature when we were invited to Wells WI group.

I brought early Autumn abundance and showed how relaxing and easy it is to create a lovely wreath table centrepiece using Garden and Hedgerow foraged treasures
All wound and bound onto a Natural willow base.
Lots of lovely chats afterwards about Gardening and walking in Nature and how important it is to get outside and enjoy the seasons.
Debs showed the magical art of decoupage using upcycled glass vases which she then showed how to apply beautiful images from table napkins. So clever and again a very relaxing and enjoyable creative experience to enjoy.

It was an unusually boiling September day and Wells quay side looked so gorgeous with everyone enjoying their ice creams and going crabbing.

Thank you to all the lovely ladies of Wells WI for making us feel so welcome.

We are so looking forward to creating with some of you at our Christmas candle workshop in December.

Come and join in the healing Herby creative fun 🌿😄🌱

Creating a Herb wreath using Garden Mint and Lemon Balm entwined around a Willow bass with Katie .

Then learning the wonderful technique of Decoupage, applying a fresh Herby image onto your glass candle to place in the centre of your Table wreath.

Debs from Gratitude 43 and I from Wild Oak Workshops had such a brilliant meeting with Kirsty and Katie from Norfolk Chambers of Commerce here at The Nest.
Always so amazing when talented and professional women get together and share our skills and support each other. Very excited about all the different ways Creating Together will be able to share our individual loves of Creativity and Nature Therapy to the wonderful members of The Norfolk Chamber and beyond!

We have so many ways to offer Creative and Therapeutic experiences to inspire and support Mind Health in our work spaces and all the caring organisations that support people in Need in Norfolk 🙏💚
