‘The Smallest Moments’,a single Peacock Butterfly in watercolour and pen on an artist panel with a soft champagne spray painted background, framed in a poppy green frame. The final original in the Mini Beast series, I have painted and drawn the Peacock Butterfly many, many times and saw one for the first time earlier this year! The Peacock and Holly Blue are all over my business cards and website - they are so beautiful!

‘Spring Beauty’, a single Holly Blue Butterfly in watercolour and pen on an artist panel with a soft champagne spray painted background, framed in a poppy pink frame. I have painted the Holly Blue so many times as part of previous pieces, they most definitely deserved their to be centre stage on their own piece! I even added a bit of metallic watercolour so she shimmers in the light! This is the fifth piece in the Mini Beast series.

‘The Queen Bee’, a single fluffy Bumblebee Bee in watercolour and pen on an artist panel with a soft champagne spray painted background, framed in a poppy coral frame. This is the second in a series of six mini beasts - after making an appearance in several previous pieces of work they most definitely deserved their own series!!!

‘Blooms of Life’, framed original art, now on my website (link in bio). These flowers are Peruvian lilies although they aren’t truly lilies! They were part of a bouquet I was gifted for Mother’s Day earlier this year and I just loved the pink/yellow combo and their sculptural shape, so obviously I had to draw them!

I’m really happy with how they sit in the square panel and love the yummy poppy frame! If you would like to see it in person please send me a DM or come to Landmark Art Fair in October where I will be exhibiting it.
