Ascended Hero’s Update
We have received our UK supply of Ascended Hero’s bundles - which is very small (under 10 cases) which is the reason why a lot of negative feedback and people assuming we cannot fulfil our large orders.
90% of our stock comes from America, Canada and Europe so that will start to flow through to us over the next few weeks.
We will be using this starting supply to fulfil shop pickup orders and customer orders of 4 or less bundles - tracking numbers will be generated over the next few days but don’t panic if it doesn’t say that it’s been dropped off to the post office yet, as these will be getting dropped off in batches over the next few days as we work hard to package and dispatch them.
4+ Bundles but less than a case will ship early May.
Sealed case orders will ship end of May.
As an incentive to get more orders out and to speed up deliveries I am offering to trade other sealed AH products - which is a good deal for anyone who is just ripping the packs anyway as I am offering more packs than you would have got with the bundles.
You can swap 1 bundle (which contains 6 packs) for:

3x Mini Tins & 1 Booster Pack (7 Pack Total)
3x Double Blister & 1 Booster Pack (7 Pack Total)

Or 8 loose booster packs (all opened by myself from products, not weighed or tampered with) per bundle.
If you wish to take us up on this offer which we really would appreciate please message your order number and your substitutes, can mix and match if you have multiple bundles on order.
These will ship immediately within the next few days.
Cancelled orders are still happening by our system and not by us, if you have received a cancelled order notification we did not request this, this was an error from our Shopify store which we are working to get resolved.
If you wish to reinstate a cancelled order please contact us.
Our other payment processor still has not been fixed yet so we cannot take payments for cases by card at the moment. I am reluctant to reinstate case orders by Shopify in case the same thing happens due to us not being able to dispatch for over a month.
