Wondering how long to heat set your fabric paint for before washing?
This little video gives you an idea, my iron is on max temp and full steam, slow and steady till each print is too hot to touch will avoid any fading when washing.
As tomorrow’s fair is in a barn, my table cloth will definitely need a wash afterwards as it tends to reach the floor. Heat setting my new prints that I’ve added to my logo, I love the addition, so bright and modern.

Anyone else suffering with hayfever badly?
I find it bad enough that I cause a right racket with a sneezing fit that the rustling of tissue packets adds to the stress.
My fix? Remove the tissues from the plastic wrapping and pop them into one of my pretty tissue holders, in my Etsy shop now or come and buy in person at East Calder Garden Centre this Saturday 11-2.

Block printing is a fantastic creative activity for children & teenagers, with an array of designs to choose from and plenty of different colour options they can create their own unique tote bag or tea towel to take home.
Block printing is simple and easy to pick up. with instant results this craft is rewarding for everyone.
