For your Sunday coffee and tasty homebakes come up the hill behind the Finstown Hall this Sunday 😎

⭐ An excellent location, on the St Magnus Way. Great for a Sunday stroll over the hill to the Cuween Cairn or just to the top to take in the views over the bay of Firth. Lots of trails for running, walking & biking 🏃‍♀️🚶🏻‍♂️🚴

Location : Rowandale, Finstown (up behind the Finstown Community Centre)

Date : Sunday 14th of June

Time : 11am - 3pm

We will be serving a delicious selection of homebakes with dairy free, gluten free and vegan options.

Choose from our extensive coffee menu, hot chocolate, selection of Tea pigs flavours, chai lattes, iced coffees and frappes. Lots to choose from!

The return of Taylah Paterson on the track at the Loughborough International Meet last weekend is a sure sign of an extremely talented & professional athlete. Returning from injury and captaining the Scotland team is another milestone for Orkney based sprinter Taylah. A huge inspiration and we wish Taylah a positive and successful season ahead 💪

From last weekends 1st meet Taylah wrote
“… For me, yesterday was about getting past the fear post injury & dusting off the cobwebs. It was a bit rusty but pain free & good fun! Having only introduced 90% runs in training again 4 weeks ago & Lara kindly smitting me with the cold this week, I feel in a good place opening my season with a low 12s run 🫶🏼

Grateful more than ever to be back & proud as punch to be Scotland’s captain for the day! 🥹 thank-you 💜💙…”

Messaging Taylah this morning, she is down in Edinburgh awaiting her flight out to Brussels this afternoon. She is competing for Scotland at the IFAM Outdoor Brussels athletics Meet in the 100m & 4x100m relay this weekend. The event is a World Athletics Continental Tour Bronze meeting held at the King Baudouin Stadium.
