Well from the cormar stands in the showroom to the cormar lorry delivery -- to the results !! 😍😍

6 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 2 staircases, multiple landings and multiple cuboards and nooks - 313 square meters total

From bare floors to new grippers new underlay new silver door bars and apollo plus carpet laid ontop

The fitters have worked hard on this one for me nothing simple from 7meter wide landings and 9 meter long to 11 meter x 5 meter lounges, winders with spindles, joins and a tight deadline but its done and looks amazing, ready for the client to now sell 😍😍 may I add there is a outdoor bar and a docking to the river 😀 this was once a old pub in surfleet turned into modern houses with all the characteristics of a old building 🥰🥰

And the big ball is rolling!!! From delivery this morning, cormar carpets to 10mm underlay grippers and silver door bars to a few rooms in this project completed ! Over 350 square meters of new underlay new grippers new door bars and new carpet to be laid !!! Should be finished by Saturday to reveal the final result! One of these properties comes with a full size pub outside bar and a spot to park your boat on the river side !!! Soon be for sale also !!! 😍😍😍 and local only in surfleet !

One from today, a regular client of ours - rose letting in spalding - 2 bedrooms, landing and stairs in carpet with 10mm underlay and new silver bars then bathroom, wc, hall and kitchen in vinyl for easy maintenance 🫡🫡 fitters crack this one out for us - measured last week and fitted today, a empty rental is not making the client money so we are in asap to get the new tenants in 👌👌👌
