Our Cocktail Of The Week is the Pineapple Upside Down!

This fruity favourite uses vanilla, pineapple and cherry to create the nostalgic flavour of a pineapple upside down cake 🤤

Also available from our dessert menu is the Cherry Bakewell, as well as the punchy Long Island Iced Tea, classic Tom Collins, and one from our very first launch - The Tartan Tiki.

There's something for everyone this week while we prepare our bar for its upgrade! Make sure to join us.

I have exciting news - We are upgrading!

After a fantastic year of serving from our minimalist Man Cave style bar, I am excited to announce that we are on to bigger things!

The Cut & Corkscrew has been playing with the idea of opening after salon hours for a while now, and we've decided that NOW is the time. Obviously this means the bar and the selection must grow...

While we make these big changes our stock will be limited, but this is a great time to keep your eyes peeled for promotions while we sell off all the old stock in preparation for a whole new rebrand 🙏

We've filled the bar up ready for the weekend 🍻

Introducing Asahi to The Cut & Corkscrew - Japan's number one beer brand. Famously known for pioneering the "Karakuchi" (super dry) taste profile, Asahi is brewed using a proprietary yeast strain (Asahi #318) and high attenuation fermentation, resulting in an ultra-clean, dry finish that does not linger.

Asahi Super Dry is available by the bottle all weekend while stocks last.

On sale from Friday at .andco is Früh.

Kölsch is a hybrid beer: top-fermented like an ale but cold-conditioned like a lager, giving it a crisp, refreshing taste with subtle fruity notes. It’s pale golden with a white head, offering a light malt sweetness, floral aroma, and a dry, hoppy finish from Hallertau and Tettnang hops. Typically around 4.8% ABV, true Kölsch can only be brewed in and around Cologne under the Kölsch Konvention.

Until then you can find Corona, Guinness, Inches, and a selection of IPAs behind the bar, on sale while stocks last.
