I'm proudly Puerto Rican and this little space was created because one of my passions is the kitchen. As a military wife you never know where in the world you'll be tomorrow but for today I'll be right here in the United Kingdom. My main inspiration was my grandmother Juanita, whom when I was little would help prep the food for the day in enormous pots, big enough to feed an army. As well as my "n

ana" Titi Gloria who would talk to me during her cooking and with time ended giving me her recipes and tricks in the kitchen. Even though my Mom is an amazing cook, she hates cooking but in the other hand my Dad loves to create new dishes day after day. So as you can read I've had an abundant display of love and hate for the kitchen which forms my inspiration.
