Been a while since I last managed to post new stock but now that the island has quietened down a bit it gives me the chance to show some of the new stock which has arrived lots of colour & quirkiness for sure this time but also unique .There is also a wide range of new embroidered cushions which just arrived they come in 3 different colour ways Rust , green & blue complete with feather insert .

Great news for whiting bay 🎉🎉🎉

📣We’re excited to announce that Salt & Thistle will be opening this Saturday 13th June from 10am!

Brunch will be served from 10am–2pm, alongside our snacks menu from 12pm-4pm. Keep an eye on our page for our menus which will be posted soon! 👀

Whilst we won’t be opening with our full bar and evening menu as originally planned, this is unfortunately outside of our control as we are still awaiting the final sign-off on some licensing documentation. However, we’re not letting that dampen our excitement!

After months of planning, renovating and preparing, we’re delighted to finally open our doors and start welcoming you in.

We can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on and become part of the Whiting Bay community.

We’ll keep everyone updated as soon as we have news on our full opening, but for now we’d love for you to join us this Saturday and be part of the start of the Salt & Thistle journey
