After a wee few weeks off for my holibags I am back with a new date 😁

4th August @ 08.30 will be the date for the next one. I have had to move it to a Tuesday due to availability of the space.

Hey all 🤍

I have tried to message each of you individually with the details of the sound bath tomorrow but I don’t have direct contact with some of you!

The postcode for the venue is ML1 4TJ, it’s on the main street and the sign at the moment is Vaughan Fitness Studio. There is a door next to it that you enter.

I also wanted to check that everyone is ok with honey, cinnamon and coconut milk for the cacao.

As far as I’m aware there are mats there but if you would rather bring your own then that’s fine too. Come comfy and bring a blanket and a pillow. I have face masks available if you would like one.
