Having said that profits from this week will go to the mental health foundation, shall we talk about mental health?
A lot of the time, we tend to only think about mental illness and forget that our mental health is an everyday aspect of our overall wellbeing.
Practicing self care means different things to different people. Finding practices that work for you and taking time for yourself and your mind is so important and can be challenging so it’s good to know what resources are out there to help and where we can find them. It’s also good to know where to go when our mental health does take a turn so organisations like and cover everything.
The theme of ‘nature’ for this year’s resonates with me for obvious reasons, being quite keen on the garden and I think this past year has taught many people to fall back in love with their little patch, whether they enjoy soil under their fingernails or just taking in the fresh air. We can get so much from the outdoors and connecting with nature.
I hope that you are all happy and well and if not, I hope that you are soon on your path to recovery. If you do not already know what help works for you, please do invest some time into researching what is out there and do reach out if you find yourself in need. Whether we know each other or not, my inbox is always open.
With kindness
