โค๏ธ ITโS OKAY NOT TO FEEL OKAY. โค๏ธ
Summer without ice hockey can be tough. ๐๐ฅ
For many people in the hockey community, the end of the season can leave a real gap โ and we know that this time of year can be especially difficult for mental health.
Whether youโre a player, official, coach, volunteer or fan, we want you to know one thing:
You donโt have to be okay all the time. And you donโt have to go through it alone.
If youโre struggling, feeling lonely, or simply not feeling yourself, please reach out. Talk to someone. โค๏ธ
And if youโre not sure what to say, why not pop into the store? Come in, have a chat, talk hockey, talk skating, talk rubbishโฆ whatever you need. ๐โธ๏ธ
Sometimes, a simple conversation can make a bigger difference than you realise.
If you need professional support:

Look after yourselves. Look after your teammates. Look after your hockey family. โค๏ธ
Itโs okay not to feel okay.
