Dear Customers,

We wanted to share an update regarding the arrival of some of our 2026 models and accessories.

As you may already be aware, we have experienced significant delays with certain new products.

Many customers have been waiting patiently for their orders to arrive, and announcing further delays is the last thing we wanted to do. Unfortunately, this has now become unavoidable.

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience and frustration these delays have caused.

One of the major factors contributing to these delays is the ongoing global oil crisis, which continues to affect both production timelines and international shipping.

The wider disruption to fuel supply and global freight networks has impacted the movement of raw materials, extended manufacturing schedules, and made it more difficult to secure reliable transport options for completed stock.

As a result, some inbound shipments are taking longer than originally expected. We are working closely with our suppliers, freight partners, and retailers to manage the situation and bring stock into the UK as quickly as possible and have asked retailers to either temporarily remove affected new items from sale or apply extended due dates until we can provide more accurate delivery information.

Expected Product Arrival Timing

We are currently expecting affected 2026 products to arrive in stages, depending on the model and accessory type.

Some items may arrive earlier than others, and delivery dates may vary by retailer depending on allocation and onward dispatch timings.

If you have any questions, or need to amend or cancel your order, please contact your retailer directly, as they will be best placed to discuss your order with you.
