We are back to our later closing time of 7pm this Friday and Saturday.

Well what a week this has been. As we continue to wade through the ferry disruptions we thought we'd bring you a bit of an update.

Yesterday we received our chilled, produce, milk and bread delivery so our shelves are now topped up once again.

Today's delivery had been delayed so we don't expect it in store until Friday.

Fear not though! shop away as our shelves are fully stocked and will be restocked again tomorrow.

*Fuel Price Update

You may have noticed an increase in our fuel prices recently.

Like all businesses, we are affected by changes in the global market, and the current situation in the Middle East has led to a sharp rise in wholesale costs.

We want to assure you that we are monitoring the situation closely. As soon as we see any ease in wholesale pricing, we will react accordingly and pass those savings on as quickly as possible.

We are looking for a friendly and reliable person to join our team.

Role Includes:

• Serving customers
• Working on the till
• Restocking shelves
• Keeping the shop tidy
• Helping with deliveries

Hours:
Part-time hours with extra hours available for sickness and holiday cover.

Experience:
Retail experience is helpful but not essential – training will be provided.

We are closing the shop just now as we are losing slates from the roof and it's extremely dangerous in our car park.

Once the wind dies down we will re-assess the situation but we will be open as normal tomorrow.
