What do you do when you love our Colourful Tall Cats mug but can't decide on a size? Simple... get all three! 😹

That's exactly what this lovely customer did — our white ceramic Tall Cats in 11oz, 15oz and 20oz, all lined up and off to their new home today 🐱

And honestly, it's the perfect trio: the 11oz for a quick cuppa, the 15oz for a proper brew, and the mighty 20oz for those "don't talk to me until I've finished this" mornings 😄 Same brilliant characterful cats, three rather handy sizes.

Now this is a happy way to start a Tuesday! 💍

There's something extra special about unwrapping a mug like this one — "I'm Getting Married!" — all ready to pack up and send off to its new home 🥰

We do love that our mugs so often become part of someone's story: an engagement, a big announcement, a little gift to mark a moment that matters. Knowing this one's off to celebrate someone's happy news? Well, that's put a proper smile on our faces this morning ☕

Too early? NEVER too early! 🎄❄️

Yes, it's only September — but the first of our Christmas mugs are already being wrapped up and heading out the door, and we couldn't resist sharing this one. "Up to Snow Good" 😄⛄

This cheery little snowman is just the beginning; there's plenty more festive fun on the way. And a friendly nudge from us — Christmas has a habit of galloping up faster than you'd think, so if you've got gifts (or a treat for yourself!) in mind, the early bird truly does catch the worm 🧡

Monty chose to have his hot chocolate from Rosie's mug this morning 🐶🍫

He gets to pick from a fair few designs of a morning, but this one's fast becoming a favourite - and it seems he's not alone. We've been absolutely delighted with the orders and feedback coming in for our Pawtrait mugs.

As dog lovers ourselves, watching them come through is honestly the best part of our day. We've had every breed you can imagine and someone even managed to create one with two dogs on it! (Truth be told, I hadn't actually built it to handle two yet... turns out it does it anyway 😅)

A few of you have asked for some breed mockups, just to give you an idea before you order - I'm working on those now. But honestly? I'd just urge you to give it a go and see your own dog come to life. Upload a photo, and our system creates the design for you.

We've launched a LOT of new products over the last three months (the pace has been pretty fierce!), but this is the one that genuinely brings a smile to our faces every single time 🧡

Oh, and don't forget, it's not just dogs. We've now added Purrtrait for cats and Ponytrait for horses too!

Love, love, LOVE this Groovy mug! 🌸🧡

This little burst of retro sunshine is heading out to a lucky customer today — and honestly, these full wrap mugs are just stunning in person. Pinks, purples, yellows, oranges and teals, packed edge to edge with cheerful flower-power blooms, wrapping the whole way around 🌼

Here's the thing though: not enough people realise we have a whole full wrap Art & Design range! So we love any excuse to show them off as they head out the door. Sometimes it's not all about making mugs! 🧡

We've spent some time on the website this week, and it's all thanks to you. After a brilliant customer clinic (thank you so much to everyone who took part — your feedback was gold!), one thing came through loud and clear: as our range has grown, it had become a bit of a puzzle working out what was what!

So we've rolled up our sleeves and sorted it: redesigned menus, clearer product range names, and handy little overlays on the images to guide you through your options. Whether you're after a photo mug, a personalised name design, a custom portrait or a bottle label, it should now be far easier to find exactly what you're looking for.

It's a work in progress and we'll keep refining, but we hope it makes your visit a smoother one. As ever, thank you for helping us get better 🧡
