What are the chances of these items still being on the shelves weeks later?! It was obviously waiting to be reunited! 😍 Now I just need to see if I can find the fondue forks!

Did you guess it was a fondue stand??

It is SO SATISFYING to see a crusty dried up piece of wood brought back to life 😍 NEVER pass up on wood items just because they look like they’ve come straight from the Sahara desert - it’s easier thank you think to revive them! 🤩

What do you use to on your wood pieces? I’ve also used Howard’s Feed n Wax and Furniture Care Wood Wax and Polish with the same success (those are both orange scented too!) 🍊

Just remember to use food safe products if you plan on using it to serve or display food 👍

Are you superstitious when it comes to thrifting?! I mean, COME ON, how can I not be after finding this?! 🍀🤯

That has gone straight into my “thrifting” bum bag which I take when I got to boot sales or round charity shops…let’s hope it keeps bringing in the good luck!! ❤️

Have you had any similar experiences whilst thrifting? Let me know, I’d love to hear them👇

A rectangular planter box with a bold, embossed ivy leaf design against a beautifully stippled background. It has a wonderfully aged patina giving it that irresistible warm, burnished glow of vintage copper.

It was a scorcher at the boot sale this morning 🥵☀️BUT for the first time in AAAAAGES, I had to go back to my car to unload my trolley half way round! SO MANY TREASURES! 🤩

The bigger bits are for my booth at and planning on getting the rest onto the website over the next few weeks.

Let me know what’s caught your eye from this haul!! 👀

Did you guess right?! 🫣 I spotted this at the back of a shelf, and something about it made me think it was a possible glower.

This particular colour is called custard glass and this bowl is made by Heisey glass and dates from….🥁🥁🥁1890!! I am always so amazed when I find pieces that have survived over a century - what a life it’s lived! ❤️

WHAT IS IT?! Honestly, this had us stumped! If it’s a plant hanger, why is there the pot holder thing underneath, AND WHAT IS THAT LITTLE COPPER POT AT THE BACK FOR? We were having a good giggle trying to figure it out 🤣 It’s probably super obvious if you know BUT I DON’T KNOW 🤷‍♀️🤣
