Somebody asked me last week why they should use a local print business when they can order the same thing online for less.
Fair question. Here's my honest answer.
You probably can get it cheaper online. I'm not gonna pretend otherwise.
What you can't get online is somebody who opens your file, sees that your logo is 72 dpi and stretched sideways, and calls you before printing 200 of them.
You can't get somebody who knows the shirt color you picked is gonna make your dark navy ink disappear from ten feet away.
You can't get somebody who'll tell you the truth when your idea isn't gonna work, and then help you fix it.
That's not a service you can put in a shopping cart. It's just somebody caring whether your thing turns out good.
I've reprinted jobs at my own cost because I didn't like how they came out and the customer hadn't even noticed yet. Not because it's good business. Because my name's on it.
If you need custom apparel, work, or custom merch and you want somebody who'll actually look at your file, hit me up
And if you're a shop owner reading this, what's the thing you do that a website can't? π
