There’s no right way or wrong way to hang a painting. A random arrangement, in my humble opinion, always looks more interesting than an overworked wall. Here are some examples I made earlier… Scroll the carousel for details 🎨🩵
An odd number works well: 1, 3, 5. Here I stacked five small paintings above a mantelpiece…

Create a focal point in a room, with a single hero piece. The difference here: a small group of three, just to the left of the main painting continues across the wall…

Here I created a ‘wallpaper’ effect with vintage prints. I used low-tack paper tape to stick them directly onto the wall…

Use these recycling ideas for easy decorative touches ♻️ With a bit of imagination most things can be given a new lease of life…
1) Wooden floor boards and joists make stylish shelves.
2) Old plates and kitchen utensils, like these cheesegraters and wooden spoons used as decoration.
3) Use chipped tea cups and teapots, and the ones that have lost their lids, for flowers.
5) Reclaimed metal buckets and vintage paint kettles make great plant pots and planters.
