With a selection of pours chosen and edited by award-winning sommelier Sandia Chang, Bubbleshop features bottles from some of Champagne’s most exciting and experienced producers, alongside those from lesser-known vineyards.

A recap our my recent trip to Champagne. Before kids I used to go 4-5 time a year but now I’m lucky if I get to go once a year. It’s been 3 years since my last Le Printemps des Champagnes and so happy to see how it’s grown! I couldn’t be happier to see not only more people interested in well made Champagne but also how many of them are of a younger generation! The energy and vibe is just incredible!

Best of all was catching up with old friends & producers!

I am so proud to me listing the “Selected” range by .brochet

The Emmanuel Brochet “Selected” range is a boutique négociant project featuring Extra Brut Champagnes sourced from friends’ vineyards, notably in Pierry, rather than his own Le Mont Benoit estate. Key releases include the Selected 2013, Selected 2020, Selected NV, and Selected Rosé 2018. The wines are often characterized by high-quality, organic farming and long lees aging.

These are rare, limited-production wines (e.g., only 3,586 bottles of the 2013) produced in collaboration with other growers.

For all those needing a pre-party party, we got you! Bubbledogs is coming back for NYE at lounge to fill you with Champagne and hotdogs before you head off to your parties. We have seats available from 4pm.
Ticket £100 includes half a bottle of selection of Champagne, your choice of hotdogs & a side.

We are thrilled to bring back a producer night with Juliette from .lesmontsfournois and Bubbledogs! Juliette will be here that evening pouring her Champagnes and we will be slinging hotdogs and tater tots again!

Born in Champagne in a grower’s family, Juliette Alips rapidly found her passion. With the mentorship of her close cousins, Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche, she discovered and learned all the ins and outs of producing champagne, from farming, to vinification, tasting and blending. Now, with the help of her two cousins, she is starting this new adventure with Domaine Les Monts Fournois.
