With the what feels like never ending uncertainty & ongoing pandemic restrictions, weddings are still a little different with masks being required for indoor venues. Gutted for all the peeps who had to postpone &/or totally replan their wedding over the last couple of years, my heart goes out to you lovelies💕

Happy Friday lovelies! What you up to this weekend? I’m heading up to LGC to see my gorgeous crew & other halves!! So excited as it’s been literally years since we ALL managed to get together!!

Wearing one of my reusable masks for the journey (Black/Gold Velvet from the Party Collection). This is definitely one of my top fave fancy ones & it’s been keeping my face warm in this chilly breeze this evening too !!

Happy Friday & TweetTwoo to all you lovelies!!
What do you think of this little guy…? I made him as a little birthday gift for my sister in law to be Nina B who, you guessed it…loves all things owl!! 💕🦉

I dyed the little wooden eye beads to be as close to the shade of this lovely fallen branch I found on a little walk over on Streatham common. Gave the branch a good old scrub & then as always used my 100% recycled natural cotton yarn (3mm) to create this little guy!!

Happy Birthday Nina & Can’t wait to see how you style him in his new home 🏡

Made some little scrunchies for my little Molly munchkin!!

is my lovely sister in law to be & was such a joy to spend Christmas with her & the family this year!! 🙌🏻

Love what a fab little accessory scrunchies are & also a great way to reduce & avoid waste too!! As I could cut these out of fabrics I’ve been using for other projects I thought she would love!!

Wishing all my lovely customers, followers & supporters a very Merry (sorry belated) Christmas!!

I was so lucky to be able to spend it with my lovely family (including Mumsy one of my avid headband lovers) where I totally switched off & celebrated for a couple of days!

Unfortunately here in England, face coverings are required again in most indoor public places and on public transport, including taxis.

Instead of buying wrapping paper, that will just be thrown away, especially one that you can’t recycle, how about trying my furoshiki wrapping cloths...??

Here’s a demo of just how easy it is, using a 50cm2 size, perfect for square or rectangular items called the Yotsu Musubi technique!! These cloths are also much easier for peeps who struggle to get those nice crisp folds with paper & get in a mucking fuddle with taping it all down🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

Inspired by the Japanese tradition of folding&wrapping products in cloth for transport, this really is the GIFT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING!! Literally!! Reuse, Repeat, recycle for many more years to come! & I kind of think these look extra special too...hope you agree ...? 🎁✨
