I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share a milestone with you – this past Saturday marked seven years since we had to close our shops in Burlington Arcade and Fleet Street. It was undoubtedly a somber moment for me.

At that critical juncture, the thought of permanently closing our doors weighed heavily on my mind. However, the outpouring of support from many of our cherished customers inspired us to explore new avenues. With your encouragement, we made the decision to pivot and embrace a different format.

We took the leap by relaunching our website and transitioning to a by-appointment system. These changes have been instrumental in shaping our journey over the past six years.

Reflecting on this period, I've realized that it's been quite the learning curve for me. Yet, throughout it all, your unwavering support has been a beacon of strength. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for standing by us through thick and thin.

Thank you for being a part of our story and for your continued patronage. Here's to many more years of growth and shared experiences together.
