Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Replying to customers email queries
- Contacting customers to acquire required/missing order details
- Reporting missing/delayed shipments to carriers
- Preparing reports of most common problems
- Cooperation with production team
- Reviewing and responding to customers feedbacks left on marketplaces
