A Parcel Is Stolen Every 7 Seconds in the UK — And Out-of-Home Lockers Aren’t the Answer

Porch pirates stole £666 million worth of parcels in the UK last year. That's 4.83 million homes hit, one every seven seconds, according to new research by Parcel Pending by Quadient.

And it's not just the financial loss — over a third of victims said it left them stressed and anxious, and a quarter felt unsafe in their own home afterwards.

More people than ever are looking for a solution. But before you sign up for yet another trip to your local InPost locker, ask yourself — is that really any more convenient than the problem you started with?

iParcelBox is a smart, secure parcel locker that sits at your own home. Couriers deliver straight into it, you collect whenever you like, and it even handles returns collections too. No trips. No time limits. No parcels left on the doorstep.

Plus, our research with the University of Hull shows that driving to a communal collection point is actually worse for the environment than a successful first-time home delivery.

Secure, convenient, and genuinely greener. 🌿
