Hello Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) -an abundant medicinal plant in the UK and has been used in traditional herbal medicine for centuries. Yarrow commonly grows in meadows, grasslands, roadside and field edges. It's in season now so go forage... :)

Benefits and Uses

Traditionally used to help support wound healing and reduce minor bleeding.

Can be applied externally as a poultice for cuts, scrapes and bruises.

Often taken as a tea to encourage healthy digestion.

May help ease bloating and digestive discomfort.

Traditionally used to support the body's natural response to colds and fevers by encouraging sweating.

Often used to help relieve menstrual cramps and support menstrual health.

Rich in aromatic compounds, flavonoids and tannins that contribute to its traditional herbal actions.

Useful for the urinary tract and kidneys, sooth a UTI and I onced used Yarrow to help me through a kidney infection.

Made from h**p!!! We love h**p. Renewable, string fibre, this is a solid way to strain but milks, make cheese or for use for any of your other home straining products.

Easy to clean, and will last years.

New flavour dropped for Truthpaste refillable toothpaste. It's always cheaper to refill than buy in the jar, but if you need something to get started, prepackaged is available.

Truthpaste is greeeeat! Organic ingredients and actually good. Sometimes eco stuff is weird and makes you feel like you need to compromise on comfort to be that little bit more eco but these guys create a genuinely great product.
