The garden has long been at the heart of life at The Hoo.
Through this summer’s dry spell, the Mediterranean garden, designed by Julie Toll, has been humming with bees and butterflies, a glorious reminder that there’s plenty to thrive on, even in the heat. Needless to say, when this Bank Holiday brought us rain, we welcomed it with open arms. The garden, too.

The Hoo isn’t just home to Osprey. It’s where the business comes to life, day in and day out, thanks to the people who work here and take care of it.

This summer has given us plenty to be grateful for, from early morning walks to lunch breaks outside, our first harvest of honey and our little family helpers.
