2012 CASH BONUS AWARD – COMING SOON

Cash Bonus banner 2If you joined Tesco on or before 25 February 2013 we’re delighted to let you know that the opportunity for you to take your 2012 Cash Bonus is nearly here!

The Cash Bonus award is 3.6% of annual earnings and you can choose to receive your bonus on any pay day over the next two years from June 2015.

Mid-April, we’ll be sending an information pack to your home address explaining everything you need to know about your Cash Bonus including the value of your award, the earnings period, and how to choose when to receive it.

Also, look out for the dedicated Cash Bonus page on OurTesco coming in April.

Our 2012 Cash Bonus booklets will arrive at our home addresses from 14 April 2015.

You will remember that the cash bonus replaced Shares in Success in 2013

You can choose to take the cash bonus on any pay day over the next two years from June 2015.

You’re eligible if you joined Tesco on or before 25 February 2013, and remain employed on 22 May 2015. If you leave through retirement/redundancy/TUPE then you’ll still receive your full award.
