What an experience! Honestly had the best time being on Just wanna send a big shout out to the entire team, it’s a world class production and special mention to for finally getting me to say yes to do the show and I’m so glad I did! It was a whirlwind couple of weeks at the end of September just before the tour so the timing was perfect! Thanks for everyone’s kind messages it was the hardest secret to keep but I’m so happy the worm is out the can! 🥫🪱

Still absolutely buzzing from last night. Seeing vision come to life was beyond words 🥹 from a podcast that started just a year ago and now she hosted her own live podcast. The energy in the room was just so warm and inspiring. Was incredible to see a room of such inspirational women. Roch, what you’ve achieved with and the community you’ve created makes us all so proud and I know it’s only the beginning. What I love about you is that you just don’t realise how many people you’re helping to inspire and to do! It’s actually very very special and yeh couldn’t be prouder. Big shout out to the WHOLE team who helped Roch bring her vision the life last night ❤️

Easily the best holiday we’ve ever had! Just quality family time in the sunshine for 3 weeks. We’re very blessed 🙏🏾💫❤️

Ok so this one deserves its own post. Back in 2008 we did our very first audition for the X factor at the o2 arena. Fast forward 17 years and we entered the prestigious 21 club! 21 sold out nights at the o2 arena sitting alongside an elite club with the likes of Prince, Drake, Michael Buble, Kylie, Take That and One Direction. For a boy born in Greenwich I couldn’t be prouder. Proud of my boys, my family and our team! Incredible achievement. Thank you to our incredible JLSters for making our dreams come true 💚 📸
