I will invoice the buyer direct through eBay & once payment has been made the item will be shipped within 48 hrs. I post all items via Royal Mail (tracked) and get proof of postage for every item I send out. NON DELIVERY OF ITEMS - In the event that you do not receive an item then I will provide a full refund subject to expiry of 15 working days from the date I sent out the item in light of Royal Mail's claim for loss policy. (20 days for EU packages and 25 days for the rest of the world)

REFUNDS- Full refunds will be given (but not the return postage) on all items I send out (unless stated on the individual listing). This is subject to the item being returned to me within 14 days from the date I send the item. I do not offer refunds for collection only items which are sold as seen, no warranty no guarantee.
