First real family holiday in 21 years 🫣
Being able to hit pause on work and fully disconnect has never been my strong suit and as you can see, it’s still something I’m working on.

But I’m so proud that despite the challenges we’re facing as a business, I’m still able to look after myself and be surrounded by loved ones in nature for a bit. This for me is a big achievement.

So this week, I wanted to share a few tips that I’m practicing myself while on holiday! ❤️ Hope you enjoy.
