A final update from Artisan & Fox 🍃

Our team was sincerely touched by all the support and well wishes for A&F since announcing our closure. We’d like to share a final update as we wind down operations.

Orders will continue to ship out of the UK and Singapore until June. Moving forward, all sales are now final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Our customer support email will remain open for any queries or concerns.

There’s still a chance to nab some extraordinary craftsmanship, with new additions added to our Archives Sale, as well as a selection of Last Chance pieces with limited stocks. As a gift to our community, we are also offering a further 20% off site-wide with code WITHLOVE which can be applied at checkout.

We are pleased to share that our former artisan partner, Matin Malikzada, has now settled in Connecticut, USA with his family.

A 7th generation master ceramicist, Matin Malikzada has launched his ceramic business in the US to continue the tradition of Afghan Istalifi ceramics.

The extraordinary makers we met along our journeys ✨✨

When A&F launched, our mission was to bring to light the human stories behind the things we wear and love. Traversing the globe, we learned stories of local artisans and their communities, and were struck by stories of craftsmanship with centuries of history.

With our campaign, we invited our community to meet the makers, and learn more the stories behind ancient craftsmanship and heritage.

It’s with a heavy heart that we’re announcing that Artisan & Fox will be closing within the coming months.

The last few years have proved difficult for us – the rising cost of doing business, Brexit, inflation, unreliable shipping, production delays. Like many small businesses, it feels like the odds are stacked against us. As such, we have decided to hit pause on our own terms.

Thank you to all of our customers, partners, and fans for your support over the years. Onwards to new adventures 🔆✨
